One Pro 4 camera no longer connecting, others working

Tried removing device then adding a new one.  Used the reset, hear the chime, but the camera can not be found now.  Tried on phone app and PC.

When performing the reset, did you hold it for >15 seconds until the LED started flashing amber? Did you also remove the camera from Settings, My Devices?

yes, I did all of those things.

Do you have a subscription? If so, use Settings, Support to start the process for a possible hardware issue.
