Not Saving Daily Videos

One of three cameras are not saving daily videos like before. Anyone know how to correct this problem? Thank you.

    You're in the Pro 4 forum but chose the Pro 2 product. Which is it?

     

    If it's a Pro 4, it needs a subscription so check to see if the trial subscription has expired. 

     

    If it's a Pro 2, it doesn't need a subscription but your active mode needs an appropriate rule for recording. Of course, this also applies if it's a Pro 4.

     

    Finally, is the battery charged?
