No detection/recording after newly subscribing

Hi,
I have 3 Arlo Pro 4 wireless cameras at my mom's house. My free trial was ending on 3/25, so I signed up for a paid subscription effective 3/18. I didn't notice until now (I don't get notifications on my phone since I don't live there) that nothing has been detected and no notifications have been showing up in the Arlo app since April 4. I looked up some topics in the Arlo forum and I confirmed that 1) my subscription is active and 2) the cameras are listed under that subscription. What else could it be?

Double-check that the cameras are all in the armed mode.

 

Also, you might want to try making a manual recording while livestreaming a camera, just to make absolutely sure that recording is working.  Note if you have 2K livestreaming enabled, you need to disable it before you can make the recording.
