Glad to see the schmucks at Arlo are quick to take more money from me. I foolishly upgraded to the new UI/app and found it will not support multiple locations under one plan the way the prior app did. And, since I have two cameras at my vacation home, I had to opt for the unlimited plan. Goodbye, $200, for absolutely nothing additional.

The Ferengi could learn from these light-fingered bozos.

But now, adding insult to injury, I can’t see how to move my two vacation home cameras to the new plan. I did move the base station, but the cameras are connected directly to my primary home’s cloud account.

How do I move those two cameras?

It depends on whether they are connected through a base or whether they are connected to home wifi.

If connected to a base, you need to move the base to the vacation location.  Otherwise, move the cameras.

Try

  1. going to the devices page
  2. selecting the settings wheel for the camera or base
  3. pressing on the > next to the device name at the top
  4. pressing location

You should then see the option of moving the device to the other location.

Do you have two accounts???  Ot two locations set up in one account?

Is the issue that the cameras are not set up in the vacation home location?  Or is the issue that the cameras are not in the subscription plan for the vacation home?

Thanx for the quick reply. Digging into the device settings did the trick.
