I have just bought an Arlo pro 4 XL from Costco. First question: Dose camera already have battery installed?
Second question: Camera housing does not come out when I press a button; Third question: Cannot scan QR code as camera does not blink blue.
Thank you in advance.

Yes

It should, though it can be a bit finicky. Press and release the button, and it should slide partway out of the housing. Press/release it a second time, and you should be able to pull the camera out of the housing.

Are you seeing any LED activity? You might need to charge the camera.

Hi Stephen,
Thank you for answering my questions.
Two more questions:
1. The package include three rechargeable batteries, are they extras?
2. How long do I need to charge camera first time?
Really appreciate!

Hi Stephen,
Sorry for another question: Camera housing still didn't come out even I press/release multiple times.
Do you think that I need to return this product?
Please advise.

No, they need to be inserted into the camera.

A couple hours is enough. Once onboarded, you'll be able to see the charge level (and charge them longer if needed).

Have you tried shaking it, to get it to slide out after releasing it?
