New App update is horrible

This new update is complete garbage. I wish that I had never done it. The previous app was user friendly and easy to use. Whoever designed this update should be looking for a new job… same with the people that tested and approved it. I will be cancelling my subscription and switching to something else if changes are not made very soon. Listen to the people who pay for this product which is now awful to use.

I can't believe with this feedback you are still updating to this 'new' app. It is total garbage. I have 8 cameras that all had their own schedules and I frequently armed them or disarmed them based on activities on the property. Thats all gone now - guess its time to look for a new supplier!

Its very confusing.  Why can’t it be so simple to schedule arm at this time everyday and disarm at this time without having to add tons of schedule days and times

Have to agree is as well, pushed off the upgrade until this past weekend.  I previously ran five cameras across two properties and after the app upgrade was forced to buy a second plan since I had two locations.  Basically felt like a price increase was pushed out without calling it what it was.

I HATE the new feed and the new app is horrendous. I too will be selling if not fixed soon… ugh!! Just when everything was working great they screwed the whole app up. Once I have made my decision on whom ill be going with ARLO is getting dumped.
