May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

I unplug battery, reboot and all is fine. Seems to happen right after app update. Easy fix, just aggravating.

Odd behavior, because the camera communicates to the cloud, not the app.
- Is it possible that this is actually happening when the Pro 4 firmware is updated?
- Have you tried logging in on a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com), and check the on-line status there as well as in the app?
