Need help! Cancelled Subcscription still being charged.  Need to speak to human please

I am having the same problem. I cancelled my subscription but continue to be charged. Cannot speak to a human! Very frustrating,  fraudulent business practices! Buyer Beware! Terrible customer service! Terrible Dishonest Company. Need help!
