My subscription recordings are constantly missing from the cloud, not available on mobile devices

I have a very expensive set of Arlo Pro 4 cameras. The cameras are great, but not so much without the subscription.
My subscription recordings are constantly missing from the cloud and not available on my mobile devices like iPhone and Android. Days and even weeks at a time. But if I want to view live streaming it's always available. I have contacted support via the app multiple times and Arlo doesn't have a good answer or solution. The subscription service is not cheap specially for these pricey cameras, but if it doesn't work like it should, then what?
Arlo, I have contacted you multiple times and have to say that your support team needs better training. They are very good at passing the ball.

How do you know videos are missing? Have you tried the web client, too? Are you using zones which can cause videos to be discarded?
