My arlo app hasn’t and won’t let me open it.

What’s up guys. My arlo app hasn’t and won’t let me open it. It’ll stay stuck in the Home Screen. I already updated the app, my phone, restarted phone and deleted and reinstalled app. No clue what’s going on. Please help and thank you

Try

  1. restarting the phone
  2. put it into airplane mode
  3. launch the app

Take the phone out of airplane mode when you get the internet connection error on the app (and connect the phone back to your wifi).

 

That should let you log on.

Are you sure that both mobile data and wifi were disabled when you put the phone into airplane mode?

I can get the app to open on my phone but it won’t open on my wife’s phone. Hangs on Home Screen. I’ve turned on airplane mode, ensured data was off, but still not working. What can I do?

Remove and reinstall the Arlo Secure mobile app, then try the troubleshooting posted above. Does that resolve this behavior?
