I just wished I could find a phone number to call someone at Arlo. This has been so disappointing.

Did you get Arlo Secure?
Have you looked into the subscription area of the app, and then selected "manage cameras" to see if your Pro4s have been added to your subscription?

I was having the same problem and just removed the battery and is recording again
