One of my cameras is off line but it is due to either the battery being dead or the solar panel not working; but no one will assist.  When I try the chat box, it says offline.  Been trying for 3 days with no luck.  No support on the website at all.  

I should cancel my account and post on the web there is no SUPPORT at Arlo. 

No email address either.  can't reach anyone to help me.

Can you provide what troubleshooting steps you have tried so I do not repeat something that was already done? Also, are you attempting to access support through the Arlo app?

I changed Internet Providers last week and now the camera won't work. I have tied the "Chat" route, but can't find any of the taps I am suppose to tap on. This is a big problem

Did you change your wifi network name and password?

 

If the camera is still in your account, then the easiest next step is to set the wifi network name and password back to what you were using with the old ISP.
