Who has the rights to change my username other than me?
Why was my user named changed? It was not offensive it was the truth.

While I understand your frustration, inappropriate usernames will be moderated and changed to a generic name without notice at moderator discretion.

I did not violate anything. According to the link you sent over there is NOTHING about any USER NAMES. There are things about "flaming and name calling" which i have NOT done. I also see other inappropriate content items such as:
- Off-Topic posting
- Unhelpful/redundant content
- Thread hi-jacking
- Spamming
- Cussing or other profanity
- Ranting
- Discussion or suggestions involving illegal activities
- Linking or posting of pornographic material
- Linking or posting of advertising, promotions, contest materials that are Non-Arlo provided
However, I still don't see anything about Customer names. The name i chose for myself was "1PisedCstmer1" which i thought was very appropriate since i can't get ahold of anyone in this company to answer my questions.
I just searched and i noticed i am not the only upset customer!
