Hi, I’m having an issue where my Arlo Pro 4 units switch to disarmed. I have set them on a schedule which, at that time, should have each of the units armed. Inexplicably, they are switching to disarmed. When I go into the app and switch to another mode and then back to the schedule mode, the units become armed again (showing that it’s not an issue with the schedule I’ve set up). Any ideas greatly appreciated

Try deleting the full schedule and rebuild it. Any better?

I have woken up to a fully disarmed system. What good is that? I live in a bad neighborhood and this is alarming. I cannot say what is causing it but I check it frequently now. I saw a post that stated check the scheduling feature but I don't use that function and never have. Did you know that arlo has software that enables them to disable cameras? it uses the last 4 or 5 digits of the cameras serial number. I know i watched a camera go dead and the rep indicated that it "was now disabled". Many of the customer support reps don't even know that. "Why" you ask? If a camera is stolen arlo can disable it permanently and replace it with some hassle. I suspect they turned of the alarm feature on non-subscribers. Google "what is going on with arlo?" and you will get a ton of posts. A class action lawsuit has been started.

"disarmed' or "off-line"???
How are you recovering from the problem?
- enabling the "armed" mode?
- going into each camera and enable it?
- something else?
I understand you aren't using scheduling. But are you using geofencing?
