Low Temperature your device needs to warm up

Camera will not work -20 deg. Celsius, my question is if I was to plug in the power adapter will it work past -20?. I have 2 days left for the return what should I do?.

It's possible - various folks have had various successes. You may need to remove the battery for this to work but try it both ways.
