Arlo Pro 4, can't tell firmware Ver because I can't see the camera's, running Windows 11 Enterprise,

the base unit has an orange light also. Bought the camera kit on 10/22/2023

Lost all my setting on everything not long ago, like it's a fresh install, not sure wtf happened. I'm about ready to take them all off and trash them and buy some other brand 😞

when I had it somewhat working, I had no feeds, notifications going to the phone or another things I might not know about. in order to see anything I had to dismount the sim and look at them on the pc, I know all that was operator trouble, but I can't even call support for help, phone just hangs when I call, I'm really not a happy camper, I was going to get an subscription but then what's the use if I can't even get them set up and running. I need help. Thanks to anyone

Chuck

Until your base or hub is working, nothing is going to work. The amber light can mean a connection issue with a camera or that it needs to be claimed as if new. What have you tried and what do you see? Be sure to check the voltage out of the power supply to be sure it's 12 volts DC.

I don't know if the W11 Enterprise could be an issue but that could be it if set up by IT with settings that don't allow Arlo to work. Can you try logging in from another non-work computer and/or a phone using the app to see if that helps?

If your account is truly devoid of devices, I'd try resetting the hub and cameras using the FAQs below:
