No, but...
How are you charging them - with the indoor charger? Make sure the charger supplies 5 volts DC at 2 amps (the (barely readable) label will tell you). You may want to use alcohol and a clean cloth or Q-Tip to clean both sides of the magnetic connector. ALso, be sure the camera is fully inserted into the case with no part of the camera extending out of the case (you may need to use both thumbs to carefully press the sides of the camera face with your hand wrapped around the case itself).
