Bought a set of 3 Pro XL and they are advertised as 2k qhd.
I happen to have also TP link tapo 2k qhd indoor camera and it's night and day in terms of image clarity.
I set it up for Best video, I have 900 Mbps Internet... I'm not sure what else is there to make this thing work as advertised.
I'm giving it a last try by asking on his forum since you cant speak to a human support of the brand...and then it's back to Amazon if there is no solution.
Thanks for your insights !

You should have at least a 1 month trial subscription since you seem to have only recently purchased/installed the cameras. Check the subscription status in Settings. A subscription is required to talk to official support so, assuming you do have a sub, use Settings, Support to select your camera model and finally scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support.

Hi, I'm afraid it's impossible to get help for this product in Belgium.
And it seems the community is non existent as well.
Back to Amazon it is I guess..
Here is the message I get from the bot :

Sounds like you are somehow reaching US support.
Maybe try phone support next (via the app). It is available 6 am to 6 pm US pacific time (so after 1500 in Belgium).

I doubt they will find anything but let's see.
