I was setup to share my husbands arlo app but have issues

My husband sent me an invite to share his arlo account since we both cannot log in at the same time.  I accepted his invitation,created an account and logged in but the system prompts me to add devices.       He has given me access to all 5 arlo pro 4's . Why is it prompting me to find the base unit and the arlo pro 4 cameras? If I log in with his account ID and password I have not isues but it logs him. This system sucks.   What is the issue? We have done everything and followed all of the instructions. Someone please help.

If you are trying to use the arlo mobile app then try using the web browser on pc to accept the invite.

The cameras will only populate in the account after the invite the invite has been successfully activated.
