I contacted customer service to help me with a problem when my device went offline. When the representative (their name is Jofel) didn’t see any problems with it, they disregard my concerns and left the chat without any reassurance or understanding of my question and concerns, nor did they even say “bye” like other customer services at different companies. I still wish they helped me more before leaving. The person that “helped” me was unprofessional and made me regret buying any products from Arlo. Has anyone experienced this before?

ALSO I have pictures to show that they left without helping me.

You can always contact them again and get someone else, maybe the assistant was late for lunch, no excuse to be rude agree.

There are other customers here on the forum who may be able to assist with your questions if you’re not in a hurry.
