I cannot mail, email call or text a human for support with Arlo. HOW DO YOU GET HELP?

I bought a subscription but they only took my money without providing any ability to see videos of who came to the door. I have tried for 3 days and literally cannot get any help. Has anyone else called the Better Business Bureau? I can’t mail, email, call or text with anyone who will help me

Does the app show that the camera(s) are in a subscription plan?

 

If it does, have you checked that the cameras are armed?
