How to put my arlo pro 4 back online

My pro is offline. How to get bavk online. Also. When it was online took forevercyo connect. My internet is working fine. Thanks

Make sure it's charged.  Perhaps also bring it into the same room as the router and the base.  Then start by removing/reinserting the battery.

 

If that doesn't work, try

  1. removing it from the account
  2. open the housing and press the sync button until the LED flashes amber (about 15 sec)
  3. add it back to the account
