Hi
I bought from Costco a package of Arlo 4 Pro XL cameras and been using them since summertime. I just got to the point where winter has hit. Today is -16 degrees (3F) and one of my cameras of the 3 are telling me that the temperature is too low and bring it inside.
I am wondering how can stop this from happening. This camera is probably the most exposed and maybe that is why I am getting this message but I need to find a solution around this as we are going to hit -25 degrees soon (-13F).
It is kind of useless to have a camera if it can't work all the time around. If this is the case I am not sure why Costco and Arlo is selling it in areas where these cameras can function.

The cameras are rated for -5F/-20C but that's plus or minus, not exact. One thing that may work is to use AC power from the outdoor charger. You may need to also remove the battery. I can't guarantee this will work but it's worth a try.
