How is a three month trial membership cost me $

I signed up for the three month trial membership then to my surprise I was changed $21.39 on my paypal account. What part of three month trail offer do you people not understand?

Still no answer and what is worst is you list no phone number on your website so I can talk to a human! Your customer service is a complete and total joke. I want a refund and does anyone want three pro 4 cameras at a discount because I am looking to get rid of mine. There looks to be 8 pages of comments on this chat / message board, and this is how your company chooses to handle customer service.

Since you had the trial sub there was no immediate need to subscribe to any plan. Most folks just wait till the end of the trial. If you check Settings, Subscription you should see the trial sub(s) still in effect as well as the paid plan. You can cancel the paid one for the time being but there's no prorating for the unused part.

Since you have a sub, use Settings, Support to contact support.
