Hello, so Arlo is going crazy. My cameras are on standby yet I am still getting alerts. Also I have no feed and no videos per camera to look back on. It keeps telling me that I don't have the right plan for it but I do and have never had problems.

Rebooting the cameras (and hub, if so connected) may help. What plan are you paying for? If it's a legacy plan you may want to cancel it and subscribe to one of the current ones.
