I have set up all cameras at my Mom's place and want to grant access to my Brother and Mother. When I add them as a friend in grant access, they only receive a link to create an account. When they are in their account there is not way to accept the camera share invite. I have done the following:

-tried to log in via web browser

-added and deleted them as a friend numerous times

-sent the invite numerous times

Thanks for your help. Got it working.

The solution is:

Use a PC only, not a Mac.
When logging on to the PC you need the verification of the new device to be set to email not push or text.

Once you log into the new account on a PC the cameras appear on the new account on any device (including iPhone)

Are they accepting the invite on a PC (clicking on "create account")?

That should open their browser to my.arlo.com - where they would just log in if they already have an Arlo account.

I should note we are in Canada and Arlo’s website in Canada is awful.

When one attempts to click on the link via a desktop browser the login process times out immediately. Ie. it’s impossible to log into arlo website from the desktop in Canada

Is that true even if you choose email verification?

Yes. There is a code issue and an immediate time out

Tried on iPad, iPhone, mac. Maybe it’s a arlo issue in apple.

Does your brother or mother have a Windows PC?
