Foresight glitch

Regarding two issues I see on this forum, first I can confirm that the Pro 4 needs a base station and power to enable the foresight feature. Second, this camera is very sensitive to the charger and cord for a permanent install. It can get stuck below 100% charge and keep losing connectivity. Once you use a proper Arlo charger and high quality extension magnetic cable, everything works good. n apple 12w charger works almost as good but not the generic ones.

I have other models on a base station at another house and the look back part of the motion detection event seamlessly transitions to the rest of the displayed video. My new single camera install with this Pro 4 and base station however has this annoying glitch at the 4-5 second mark when the look back segment transitions. Is that a camera glitch or a base station glitch on this system? The glitchy system uses a VMB4500 base station and single Pro 4 camera. Thanks,
