I never would have given my old Arlo system away and replaced it with the 4540, if I knew it would force me to purchase a subscription. No transparency. A free 3 month trial does not make up for the annual plan I would need to subscribe to. You have lost a good customer and I will tell anyone that asks to avoid the Arlo products.
