Last night I was awakened in the middle of the night by my new Arlo Pro 4 cameras orange and blue lights flashing brightly. When I looked at the app, it said the cameras were going through a firmware update. I had updated them upon installation last week, so I guess this was a new update. How can I schedule or turn off the lights so they don’t flash brightly and wake me up in the middle of the night? It was pretty shocking and I don’t want to go through that again.

You can't. It's an automatic feature. I suppose you could cover the LEDs with tape but use the minimum amount so you don't block anything else.
