I just did a hard factory reset (7/24/2023) for two of my cameras which now have the latest firmware. However, they still indicate that the cameras are not plugged in and that their batter power is depleted. Not only are they not using battery power, but the batteries should be fully charges as they are never unplugged.
What the heck is going on?

Are you seeing a solid blue LED on the camera (which indicates fully charged, unless you disabled that feature in the camera settings).
Have you tried rebooting the cameras (removing/reinserting the battery)?

Stephen,
Kindly disregard this post. I was able to determine the cause. Someone had tampered with my outside power box and unplugged both USB plugs connecting the power to the cams. Because the cams switch to battery power even if unplugged, I should have footage of the culprits which I will be reviewing. Thank you for your support. -J
