Can’t reconnect my camera as states ‘updating firmware, may take up to 15mins’. Nothing changes from here, stays stuck on this message. Any ideas please?

After ~15 minutes or so, if nothing has changed, I would reboot the camera by reinserting the battery. WHat happens then?

Just go through the same loop. Chime works finds the camera then goes into the Firmware update

Last ditch effort - remove the camera from your account. Reset it using the following procedure and add it back.
