Cameras recording properly but recordings do not show up in feed. I have Arlo Secure subscription on all 7 cameras. Worked perfectly until 2-1-24 and now no more feeds

Can you record manually from live view? Is there a filter set that could be blocking your ability to see the recordings? Do the numbers shown in the camera thumbnails show recordings to be viewed? Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? Have you tried the web client at my.arlo.com?

What is the feed showing is it a black square or say label? Are you the account holder or an authorized user?

I can record manually from live screen.
I have checked my filters and they are correct.
When I tap on each of my cameras, a list of recordings appear. There are not any numbers on the screen nor are there any numbers or recordings on feed.
I have rebooted many times and reinstalled the app on my phone and laptop, but that has not resolved the issue.
I was on live chat with Arlo yesterday for one hour with no solution.

Feed is white but turns black when I tap it.
It shows feeds until February 1, 2024, but no feeds since then.
I know cameras are recording because I can see recordings on each individual camera. They are not showing up on feed.
I am the account owner.
