Keep getting the following errors when trying to save photos to my phone from the Arlo App on my phone. It seems to work fine then I get the following messages and desperately need help.

Check that you have enough storage on the iPhone - I think you get this message when your storage is full.

Would you know why despite a camera being armed that it is not recording…? So frustrating! I have the cameras for evidence purposes and one of them doesn’t seem to be recording.

Do you have a subscription for the camera?
If you do, can you make a manual recording while it is livestreaming? That will confirm that the subscription features are being applied to the camera. Note that if you have 2K livestreaming enabled, you'll need to turn off the feature before you can make a manual recording.

I definitely have a subscription and it’s for 4 cameras. I currently only have 3 of them working (which includes the one that is not recording).
