How can I make a warranty claim. I have a defective camera that I bought less than a month ago that I would like to get replaced. The web site just goes around in circles and doesnt give me a place to start a claim.

Many stores may accept a return/swap within a month - check your supplier's policies. Otherwise, use Settings, Support, select the camera and you should see options for contact.

Settings>Support>Camera does not work. Either automated chat which is useless or knowlege base which does not help. I am looking for an email address or phone number or chat with a live person so I can get this replaces. I bought it at Best Buy which tells me that they only have a 14 day return policy.

Do you still have the trial subscription active? If you do, you should also see a phone option.

grussell1234,
What are you experiencing on the Pro 4 that suggests it's defective? If you provide some details, we may be able to solve the issue here on the community.

This is a screen shot of what happens. It will stay like this for an hour or so and then correct itself and the video looks normal. There are other 'interference' patterns that happen also.
Thanks

Have you tried removing the camera from your account, factory resetting it, and onboarding it as if it were new?
You can find the procedure to do this here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-wire-free-camera
