Filled out two support tickets in the app, they never showed up as pending.

Came to the website to find a phone number, to only find that you can start a live chat or request a call. So I started a live chat. I have been sitting in it for over 20 minutes with ZERO interaction.
So I decided to request a call option.  Screen says "Your phone call request has been received. Our support agent will be with you shortly. Estimated Wait Time: 3 mins"  it's been over 15 minutes.  

 

When I went back to my app, I saw a ticket was finally there saying I requested a call, but my wait time?? 5,998 minutes.  Almost FOUR days.

 

Giving up, I x'ed out of the website and was asked if I would take a survey-- oh you bet.

Completed the survey with all the above information... hit submit... SHOCKER... a window pops up "bad thread"... so I can't even SUBMIT a negative review!

 

I will be shopping for new cameras this evening and canceling my subscription.

I am sorry for the frustration you have felt trying to get ahold of support. I would be more than happy to help you. Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
