Compatibility work around for Arlo Pro 4?

I purchased a new pair of Arlo pro 4 wireless cameras nearly 10 months ago and stored away before installing. I now realize they are not compatible with my T-mobile service provider. Is there a work around for this problem?  Is there a base station available that will resolve the issue? Other option?

Are you talking about T-mobile broadband?  

How do you know it is not compatible?
