Cannot view answers in Arlo community questions, or reply with even on my own question?

I received an 'answer' to my post but cannot see it or reply. It only shows my post (about not having my library accessible/viewable). 

No reply button etc.

I can see there was a reply to this original message, but I cannot view it. I find no way to see any replies and was not emailed that there was a reply here either, although requested in setup.

email notifications have been (hopefully temporarily) turned off.

 

When you click on the link above, are you seeing the reply below from @ShayneS ?  He is the only poster (other than you) on that discussion thread.

Have been able to reply, as I can here  I'm still unable to view my library in local storage. It's been showing up there the last week now but unable to download and the videos are not current events. (Showing a library from a week prior, but won't download anything) 

My local storage settings are correct, toggled in case that helped and it didn't, and that library tells me the old "having issues accessing... Arlo is working on this" error message consistently.

Did you try my suggestion to eject the storage and then connect it to a PC?

 

It'd be useful to know if this is a recording problem or a playback problem.
