Cannot see videos from previous days in library

Hi All,
New Arlo Pro 4. Everything seems to be working well except I am unable to view videos from previous days in the library. I can only view the current day videos. For example, if today is 1/12, I can only see videos from 1/12 not 1/11 (I know there are videos from yesterday). Any help is much appreciated!

Post a screenshot of the library card showing the available dates at the top.

@Kt-3  In you first picture you have the filter set to driveway only. Try clearing the filter.

I’ve tried that. When I clear the filter I get the second picture. Nothing.

Yup, I saw that, too. I don't understand how the app is showing filtered videos for that date but there's no dot under the date which indicates available videos.

 

How are the cameras connected - via WiFi or to a hub? Have you rebooted your phone and reinstalled the app as well as tried the web client (my.arlo.com)?
