I get motion alerts and it records the motion but I cannot view the live feed ever. This makes no sense. I know there is typically a delay but these have strong WiFi and lots of battery and will not show the live feed

Are you saying
- you cannot livestream the camera?
- Or that there are no recordings in "Feed"
if (2), do you have a subscription for the camera?

I have the subscription and have set it all up, but all of a sudden the cameras will show colors instead of around my house. They still record activity and alert me if it’s in the activity zone but I can’t get to the live feed, it’s weird

This symptom either means
- there is loss on the connection to the camera
- the compression hardware in the camera is misbehaving
If it is happening on all your cameras, then network loss is more likely than the compression hardware misbehaving on multiple cameras at the same time.
If you have a base station/smarthub, then I suggest rebooting your network (restart the router and any switches), and then restart the base/smarthub.
You might also try
- removing/reinserting the battery in one of the cameras
- bringing one of the cameras closer to the base (or router if you have no base). Not too close, but ideally > 6 feet away, but still in the same room.
