Can't set activity zones

I have disconnected my base station as it wasn't working properly with my Pro 4 camera and doorbell. I had to reconnect both to my wifi. Although the Pro 4 camera is covered with a subscription, I can no longer change activity zones like I have done before, and I can't see anything in the camera's feed. In relation to activity zones, it says I have to connect to AC power to do this. There was no problem doing this on battery power previously. Can anyone please help me to get full functionality between camera and Arlo Secure? TIA

    It looks like your doorbell is associated with your single camera trial not the Pro 4 camera, that is why it is asking to attach the Pro 4 to AC power. Without a subscription for the camera, you will need to be connected to AC power.
