Can't add camera like 5/16 problem. Times out. Everything else is ok.

I had this same problem with the 5/16 issue. After the fix I was able to add a camera and everything was great. It's been a few days and I want to add an extra camera I have and it's looking for it and eventually times out like it did on 5/16. I've done this a million times and never had a problem till 5/16. Have a 2.5 connection and I'm next to my wifi so distance is not the problem. Again this is the same problem I had adding a camera on Monday. Everything else seems to be fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try factory resetting the camera using these instructions: https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-and-re-sync-my-Arlo-camera

 

After the reset is complete, try onboarding the camera again.

First try it timed out.  Every time since it just hangs and I cancel it after about an hour.  Never had it happen till Monday.  I've had them take a few minutes because of the distance of the wifi but never this. Distance is not an issue this time.
