I recently got four Arlo 4 cameras that are working fine, but I can't buy a subscription plan. I just don't see anything when going my.arlo.com settings and subscription. If I try to do that via Arlo.com website it just take me to the Arlo log in page.

 

I tried multiple browsers and devices.

 

I´m located in the EU.

 

How to proceed?

Try an incognito tab to see if that makes a difference. Have you also tried the app?

No difference with incognito tab.

I am following up with this. Does anyone have a solution?

 

I would imagine that the Arlo support team would be interested in this since it's a quite big conversion killer if I cannot subscribe as a paying customer.

You didn't answer my query about whether the same thing happens when using the app. I'd be curious to know what happens when using the app when on WiFi as well as with WiFi turned off.

The same thing happens while using the APP, web, different devices etc. Wifi or data roaming. No difference.
