Hi, I have several of the Arlo Camera packages and as far as the cameras they have been working fine. When I put the camera unit into the base and tighten the finger screw, the screw tightens but it doesn't put enough tension on the camera to hold it in place. I have made multiple attempts at figuring this out over several years but about half the cameras won't stay in place. Does anyone have any suggestions on resolving this? It would be greatly appreciated.
I had done some phone calls in the past to customer support, but the people I spoke to were obviously reading off of a script and had no idea of what I was talking about. I don't think they even had a picture of what they were supposed to be helping with, so I gave up on that. So now I'm hoping someone in the community who may have had this problem figured out a solution or maybe know of a way to contact someone at the company that can actually help out. Fingers crossed. Thank you.

Are these the XL versions which are longer and heavier than the regular models or are you using the security mount? As I recall, I had to use a pair of pliers (ChannelLock) to be able to tighten the mount sufficiently. Do so carefully, just small adjustments at a time.
