Camera not working since update

My Arlo pro4 has been offline for 58 days , since I had to update it before I could get to view my camera , I followed the advice from support and deleted and tried to reinstall but have not been successful at doing this . I’m at a loss , they have told me to charge my battery but it has a charge of 84% but was told that being offline could have drained my battery but I don’t know how this could drain the battery . Now when I’m trying to charge the battery blinks then nothing . Has anyone any ideas how I can get my camera back online ? I had no problems before the new update that I was forced to do so I could get back onto my Arlo account .  Thank you in advance

When offline, the camera is continually looking to reconnect.  That can take quite a bit of power.

Are you trying to charge the battery in a charging station?  Or are you charging it in the camera.

 

If in the camera, what color is the camera LED that is blinking?
