I get appox. 100 to 200 false alerts on two cameras. One was replaced but still gives false alerts. I have a prev. case number that needs to be revisited.

Do you have other cameras that aren't doing this?

If you do, try swapping them and see if the problem moves with the camera or stays with the location.

I have several cameras that continue to give false notifications. I have reported this to Arlo multiple times, but they refuse to accept it as an issue. I also receive double notifications when there is motion detected. I read this has been a common problem that has also been reported to Arlo.

According to the research I’ve conducted through the Arlo community, it appears the Arlo Pro 4 cameras have multiple issues. I believe these cameras are defective. Arlo has replaced two of them for me, and interestingly, they do not want the defective camera back. I’ve been an Arlo customer for a number of years and this is the first time I have experienced this type of dissatisfaction.

@1AMZ

Can you provide a screenshot of the duplicate notifications?

Thanks

 this is a screenshot of what I receive when I get a notification. There is no activity and no reason to receive the notification; the recording last for only 10 seconds. the actual notification itself is not something that can be captured.

Can you provide the screenshot of the push notifications on your Lock Screen that are duplicating?
