Camera doesn’t work

I have several Pro 4 cameras but one stopped working. I charged the battery and even exchanged the battery with others so it’s not the battery. The blue light does not come on, I cannot link. The camera seems to get no power or just doesn’t work. Is there a reset? It’s only 2 years old.

There is a sync button inside (remove the camera from the housing).  If you hold that down, the LED should flash amber after about 15 seconds.  If that happens, you've done a hardware reset.

 

If this works, you will need to remove the camera from the account, and then re-add it.

Then (assuming the camera is charged) the camera has failed.  If it is still under warranty, then you can contact support for an replacement.
