Hi. I have a new router and cannot get it to connect to camera. Yes, I’m on 2G network on my mobile, etc. I’ve heard the chime many times now but then the blue light stops blinking as it searches for the network. I have gone thru all the articles with no luck. Really want to talk to a live human being. Any suggestions for next steps? Does anyone have an Arlo support number? It worked fine on my older router but I needed a new one for other reasons. Thanks

FWIW, the simplest thing to do here is to configure the network name and password of the new router to match the old one. Then there is no need to onboard anything again (both Arlo and other wifi devices you have).

Things to look for:
- Make sure the new router's network security is set to WPA2 (AES).
- remove any punctuation from the network name and password
Also try onboarding from a PC (my.arlo.com) - ideally connected to ethernet.
You might also need to reset the camera
