Are you using the supplied USB charger and cable?
Remove and refit the battery and try again.

Yes, I’m using the charger station that came with the camera. I take the battery out every time I charge it.
The camera went offline again last night. But was back online this morning when I awoke

Just mentioning based on camera going offline at night, and being available during the day, and eating through the battery. What firmware are you running?

Was it flashing blue and amber? Or just solid amber?
Flashing blue and amber means it is applying a firmware update.
