I have two cameras. One camera keeps showing offline. I have tried everything the chat robot had suggested to do. Rebooting, removing device and reinstalling. Nothing has worked. The other camera has had no issues connecting and staying connected to my router. And trying to find a phone number or even email address to Arlo is a joke. These cameras are less than 5 months old. Any suggestions??

If you have a subscription there should be a phone icon and that will have the number in the support settings in the App.
