CVR - what do I need?

I don't see my specific question answered. It's important that I have CVR within the next couple of days  I just purchased this system and need it to have CVR.    What do I need to buy specifically for each of the three cameras that will be used indoors only other than the CVR subscription.

CVR will require

• that the Pro 4 cameras always be connected to AC power
• that the Pro 4 cameras be paired with a base/smarthub (preferably a VMB4540). 

Depending on camera location, you might need multiple hubs.
